  • Arabic ( Noor & Nada ): We introduced the letter ( راء ) to the children, then we did some activities to recognize and read the letter.
  • Quran ( Anika ): Review Surat Al-Fatiha and Surat An-Naas. Some students have not memorized it yet.
  • Islamic Studies ( Aisha ): Go over the books of Allah ( Quran, Injil, Tawrat, Zabur and Suhuf ) and the names of the prophets who received them.
  • Arabic ( Naglaa ): Practice the letters from ( أ ) to letter ( ق ) reading and writing.
  • Quran ( Nasira & Amat ): Practice Surat Al-Ikhlas, Memorize Surat An-Nas.

  • Arabic ( Basmah ): write the 28 Arabic alphabets three times ( 3 ). Practice writing your name in Arabic ten times ( 10 )

  • Islamic Studies ( Jannat ): Complete page 115 to 119. Stories of Nuh ( A ).
  • Arabic ( Basmah ): Write the 28 Arabic alphabets three times ( 3 ). Practice writing your name in Arabic ten times ( 10 ).
  • Quran ( Samira ): Memorize Surat ( Al-Masad ).
  • Islamic Studies ( Nasira ): H.W. page 98 – 101. Read the story of Zam Zam, how the water came out, Kabbah and Al-Safa and Al-Marwa.
  • Arabic ( Samirah ): Review what we discuss in class.
  • Quran ( Fatima Zahra ): Memorize Surat Al-Maa’oon. There are many apps and YouTube video that can help your child. Please make sure to help your child to memorize at home
  • Islamic Studies ( Aysha ): Read page 75, 77.
  • Arabic ( Fadi ): We read sentences and practice pronunciation. Please practice pronunciation at home.
  • Quran ( Fatima Zahra ): Memorize Surat Takaathur. There are many apps and YouTube video that can help your child. Please make sure to help your child to memorize at home.
  • Islamic Studies ( Anna ): Read weekend 15. And answer the questions that are at the end of the chapter.
  • Arabic ( Naglaa ): Please practice writing Arabic letters at the beginning, middle and the end of the word.
  • Quran ( Dina ): Memorize Surat Al-Duhaa from 1 to 11.
  • Islamic Studies ( Anna ): Read page 15. Answer the questions that are at the end of the chapter.
  • Arabic ( Fatima ): please practice in your workbook from page 35 to page 38.
  • Quran ( Dina ): Memorize Surat Al-Fajir from 1 to 3.
  • Islamic Studies ( Azra ): Find out if your parents are registered to vote.
  • Arabic:
    • Doaa's Group: Read page 59 and 61 from the textbook. And do page 26 from your workbook. Please recognize and write colors in Arabic.
    • Dina's Group: Practice colors in Arabic ( feminine & masculine ) page 62 from the textbook.
  • Quran ( Doaa ): Memorize first 7 ayat from Surat Al-Tariq. Then read the hand out for meanings. There are many apps and YouTube video that can help your child. Please make sure to help your child to memorize at home.
  • Islamic Studies ( Azra ): We talked about gossip in class. Please find out if your parents are registered to vote. Finish reading chapter 26 & do the H.W. page.
  • Arabic ( Hanane ): Review what discussed in class.
  • Quran ( Fadi ): Memorize Surat An-Naziat up to ayah 35.
  • Islamic Studies ( Moina ): reviewing the essence of Salat.
  • Arabic ( Hanane ): Practice new words on page 50. Review points to remember page 50 – 51.
  • Quran ( Hanan ): Practice assigned Ayat from Surat Abassa.
  • Islamic Studies ( Moina ): Bake for Bake Sale!
  • Arabic ( Azzeim ): Test on numbers from 1 to 10 in Arabic.
  • Quran ( Fadi ): Memorize Surat Al-Hujurat from 1 to 5. There are many apps and YouTube video that can help your child. Please make sure to help your child to memorize at home.
  • Islamic Studies ( Mohammad H ): Review what was discussed in class with your parents.
  • Arabic ( Amat ): Review with your child what was discussed in class.
  • Quran ( Amat ): Memories the first four Ayat of Surat Al-Fatiha.
  • Islamic Studies ( Jannat ): Discuss five pillars of  Islam with your parents, and memories the hand out given in class.
